Self Care/ Balance
We cannot take care of others if we cannot take care of ourselves.
Hilary has worked with many women to help rediscover their ability to find joy and balance in their lives. Guilt, procrastination, and low self worth can easily diminish a woman’s motivation to make her personal happiness a priority.
If drowning yourself in your work, your children, your relationship, your appearance, or other distractions is leaving you feeling empty and unhappy – Hilary will work with you to create a program for true Self Care. She will help you focus your energy on thriving, not just surviving.
Unhappiness can come about through regular hormonal and other life transitions (including puberty, fertility issues, pregnancy, post-partum, motherhood, and menopause), relationship issues, intimacy issues, and stress. Anxiety and depression can strike us when we are least expecting it. Hilary helps her clients work through these transitions so they can start to feel “normal” or at least find a “new normal”.
